Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are hiring a Site Supervisor to manage daily construction activities on-site in Port Harcourt. The Site Supervisor will ensure that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. You will directly supervise subcontractors and site workers, monitor quality of work, and report progress to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on site supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Experience managing teams of 20+ workers on-site
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
